01 · Scope
These terms cover this website, the material published on it, and consultations booked through it. They do not cover a design contract, which is a separate document signed by both of us and which takes precedence wherever the two touch. Purchases from LSD Gallery are governed by the terms on lsdgallery.com.
02 · Ownership
The photographs, drawings, and words here belong to LSD Studio LLC or to the people we made them with. Quote them and link to them with attribution. Do not republish a project as your own work, and do not present our photography as a record of yours.
03 · Using the site
Read it, share it, get in touch. Do not attempt to break it, copy it wholesale by automated means, or pass any part of it off as another studio's portfolio.
04 · Inquiries
An inquiry is not a commission, and our reply is not a quotation. There is no cost to inquire or to receive a proposal. Work begins when a proposal is signed and the retainer is paid. Until then, either of us can walk away without owing the other anything.
05 · Accuracy
Areas, dates, and materials are described as built. Project photographs show completed work. Renderings and concept images are labeled as such. Where we find an error, we correct it rather than quietly removing the page.
06 · Availability
We keep the site up, but we do not promise it will never be down. Availability shown on the site is a guide, not a reservation, and nothing here is a guarantee of service or of response time.
07 · Liability
We are responsible for what we publish, not for decisions you take after reading it. Nothing on this site is professional advice about your own building, and it should not be relied on as such.
08 · Links out
Where we link to a supplier, a photographer, or a publication, we are pointing at their work, not adopting their terms or vouching for their conduct.
09 · Changes
We update these terms when the site or our services change. The version and date at the top tell you which set you are reading.
10 · Law
Texas law applies, and the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, have jurisdiction.
