What we keep, and why we keep it.

01 · Who we are
LSD Studio LLC ("LSD," "we," "us") is an interior design studio and gallery based in Austin, Texas, operating as LSD Studio (design services) and LSD Gallery (417 W 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78703). This policy covers lsdstudio.com and lsdgallery.com and any inquiry, order, or account you create through either. It does not cover a client's own site, even where we designed it, or third-party platforms we merely link to, like Instagram or TikTok.
02 · What we collect
Three things, depending on how you reach us. What you type into an inquiry or intake form: your name, email, and whatever you tell us about your project, including photos or style references you share. What you provide when you place an order through the gallery: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order history — your payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. And the small amount of technical information any browser sends to any site it visits, such as which pages you opened and roughly which country you're in.
03 · Why we collect it
To answer you, fulfill your order, or both. An enquiry with no way to reply, or an order with no shipping address, isn't one. We also use order and inquiry information to coordinate with the makers we work with on consignment and custom pieces. If you've opted in, we'll use your email or phone number to send occasional updates about new work, gallery events, or studio availability — you can opt out any time, and we never send marketing texts without your separate written consent. Technical information tells us which work people actually stop and look at, which is how we decide what to source, stock, and photograph next. We do not build an advertising profile beyond what's in Section 08, and we do not sell your information.
04 · Who else touches it
Our site hosts, our domain and email providers, our payment processor, our CRM and marketing platform, and — for gallery orders — our shipping carriers. Each of them sees only what it needs to do its part, each is bound by its own agreement with us, and none of them may use your details for their own purposes.
05 · Where it lives
Primarily on servers in the United States, through the providers described in Section 04. Several of those providers run on global cloud infrastructure and may process or back up data in other countries — including Canada, the EU, or Singapore — as part of their standard operations.
06 · How long we keep it
Project inquiries indefinitely — unless you ask us to delete yours in writing, which we'll do within 45 days, except where we need to keep something for an active project or for legal or accounting reasons. Order records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Marketing contact information until you unsubscribe. Technical information for as long as it's useful to us.
07 · What you can ask for
A copy of everything we hold on you, a correction to it, its deletion, or — where applicable under your state's law — to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising. Ask and we will do it within forty-five days, at no cost. Texas residents can also contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and California residents the California Privacy Protection Agency, if you believe we've handled this badly.
08 · Cookies
This site sets only what it needs in order to work, plus analytics — and, where used, advertising pixels — you are free to decline through your browser settings.
09 · Changes
When this policy changes we update the version and the date at the top of this page. We do not send notifications, so check here if it matters to you.
