Design for a new home, or one being substantially reworked.

New Construction & Remodel

When a project changes how a home is arranged, or begins with an empty lot, the interior has to be designed as a whole: how rooms connect, where light enters, how each space is used, and how materials and millwork carry from one room to the next.

Overview

Projects range from a kitchen and its adjoining rooms to an entire house. Where the plan changes, we study it before anything is selected. Where a detail matters, we draw it. Because we also manage construction, each design decision is made with a clear sense of how it will be built, sequenced, and paid for.

Engagements can be design-only, in collaboration with your builder and other professionals, or paired with Construction Management. Your proposal defines each party's responsibilities.
